AAU Tryouts

The Boston Warriors AAU Boys Basketball organization would like to announce the 2008 spring tryouts. The Boston Warrior AAU Boys Basketball Program is one of the strongest programs in New England. Last year we had 13 teams qualify for the AAU National Championships. But it is not all about going to the national Championships. We offer players of all talent level the possible opportunity to play competitive spring basketball. The size of each roster are kept manageable, we offer at least 5 tournaments in the spring and try to keep the price to play affordable. Most of all, we have provided very good coaching including a lot of skill work with real practices. This year we will offer multiple teams from age 10 and under (4th grade) to 17 and under (11th grade).

All the tryouts will be held at Waltham High School. Below are the times of the tryouts:

10U (4th Grade) – Saturday 2/2 & 2/9 at 3:00 PM
11U (5th grade) - Saturday 2/2 & 2/9 at 6:00 PM
12U (6th grade) - Saturday 2/2 & 2/9 at 6:00 PM
13U (7th Grade) - Saturday 2/2 & 2/9 at 4:30 PM
14U (8th Grade) - Saturday 2/2 & 2/9 at 7:30 PM
15U (9th Grade) - Saturday 2/23 & 3/1 at 6:00 PM
16U (10th Grade) - Saturday 2/23 & 3/1 at 7:30 PM
17U (11th grade) - Saturday 2/23 & 3/1 at 7:30 PM

Within a few days of the tryouts, please check the website for any possible last minute changes to verify tryout times and locations.

We suggest that ALL players who will be trying out should download the registration form and send it to us with the tryout fee.

Lastly, we are always looking for qualified coaches. If you are looking to coach in the spring or you know someone that would be interested in coaching, please have them contact us.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please to feel free to contact (email or call) us at asfig@comcast.net or 978-460-2122.
